About Me

Holistic life coach and yoga teacher based in Tallinn

I’m Emma

I am here for those who learned to be strong too early.
For those who learned to rely on themselves, to keep going, to function, even when softness, rest, or support weren’t available.

My own path has moved through yoga, coaching, mindfulness, and body-based practices, but what truly shapes my work is lived experience. Learning independence when I needed care. Learning resilience when I needed to pause. And, over time, finding my way back to inner trust.

This is the journey I now support others through.

My work naturally speaks to women, especially those who appear capable and steady on the outside, yet feel something inside asking to slow down, soften, or be acknowledged. I offer a calm, grounded space to reconnect with your body, your inner signals, and the parts of you that learned to stay quiet in order to cope.

I work simply and attentively. Sessions are shaped by what’s present rather than by a fixed method. Sometimes that means movement. Sometimes conversation. Sometimes stillness. What matters is meeting what’s actually there, without pressure to perform or fix.

I believe there is always a way forward.
Always a moment to begin again.
And always a path back to yourself.

If something within you is asking to soften, open up, or be heard.
You are in the right place.

Grounded presence and mindful approach to holistic work

The Foundations of My Work

Before stepping into coaching and holistic work, I spent years in recruitment and headhunting. That work taught me to listen closely, read between the lines, and recognize what people carry beneath roles, titles, and expectations.

These skills continue to shape how I work today: grounded, observant, and attentive to what’s underneath words and behavior, not to analyze, but to understand.

My work is supported by training in coaching, yoga, meditation, and body-based practices, which give structure and safety to an otherwise intuitive, responsive way of working.

I’ve completed:

Certified Holistic Life Coach (CHLC, 400 hours)
Mind-Body Practitioner (MBP, 140 hours)
Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance, 200 hours)
Yin Yoga and Chakra Yoga studies
• Training in meditation, mindfulness, and self-awareness
Teadliku Muutuse Kunst / Human 2.0, Levels I–III
• Studies in somatic and sound-based practices

These foundations allow me to work with individuals and organizations in a way that is steady, emotionally aware, and adaptable, without losing depth.

Practical Details

I’m based in Tallinn, Estonia, and work with clients both locally and internationally. Coaching sessions are offered online, and yoga classes preferably take place in person.

I work primarily in English, with selected sessions and classes also available in Estonian.

“This work isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering and returning to who you’ve always been.”
