These group yoga sessions offer teams a simple way to step out of thinking and into the body. Through slow, mindful movement and guided rest, participants are invited to release physical tension, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of presence.
This is not performance-based yoga, and no prior experience is needed. The focus is on creating a calm, accessible space where everyone can participate in their own way.
All props are provided during studio sessions, so participants can arrive as they are. For on-site or other locations, practical details are agreed in advance.
Sessions can include
Yin Yoga
Slow, floor-based poses held for longer periods to gently stretch the body, support deep relaxation, and allow the nervous system to settle.
Yoga Flow / Vinyasa
A gentle, continuous sequence that links movement with breath. The pace is accessible and supportive, helping participants feel more awake, balanced, and connected in their bodies.
Short moments of guided rest or breathing may be included to help the body fully land and integrate the practice. Yoga remains the core of each session.
