This is one-to-one coaching for people who have learned to be capable, independent, and strong, often for a long time, and feel something inside asking for more ease, honesty, and inner connection.
My work speaks most naturally to women who grew up holding themselves together early, who learned to rely on themselves, and who now feel a quiet tiredness beneath their strength.
That said, anyone who feels drawn to this kind of inner work is welcome to reach out.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

What This Work Is Like
Sessions are simple, present, and human.
You don’t need to arrive with a clear topic, a goal, or the “right” words. We start where you are, with what feels heavy, unclear, or quietly alive that day.
We talk.
We slow down and notice what’s happening in the body.
We pause, breathe, or sit with what wants attention.
I don’t follow a fixed method or protocol.
Each session unfolds based on what’s actually present, not on a fixed plan.
I draw from:
grounded conversation and reflection
body awareness and nervous system settling
simple breathing or awareness practices
emotional processing when something wants to move
quiet moments of listening, when words aren’t needed
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is rushed.
You’re met at the pace your system allows.
