Private Yoga Sessions

A one-to-one yoga session shaped around your body, pace, and what you need on that day. Sessions are open to all levels and guided with care, whether you’re new to yoga or have an existing practice. All props are provided during studio sessions, so you can arrive as you are. For other locations, details are agreed in advance.
Classes move at a steady, attentive pace, with guidance offered throughout. The focus is on listening to your body, moving with awareness, and creating space to breathe, soften, and rebuild strength in a supportive way.
You can choose between two approaches:
Yin Yoga
Slow, floor-based poses held for longer periods, allowing the body to gradually release tension. This practice supports flexibility, joint health, and deep relaxation, and is especially grounding for busy or overstimulated systems.
Yoga Flow / Vinyasa
A gentle to dynamic flow that links breath with movement. Sessions support strength, mobility, and coordination, offering a sense of vitality while still honouring rest and balance.
Session Format & Pricing
Sessions 60 or 90 minutes
For 1 person:
• 60 min — 50 €
• 90 min — 65 €
For 2 people:
• 60 min — 80 €
• 90 min — 110 €
Studio rental (if applicable)
+20 € when a studio space is used (Põhja-Tallinn / Telliskivi)
Sessions available in English. Selected formats available in Estonian.
