Guided vision board session for clarity and intention

In studio • At your workplace

Duration: 2,5–4 hours (flexible)
Group size: up to 20 (flexible, contact for larger groups)

A reflective workshop that gives teams time to pause, think, and reconnect with what matters, either in their work or on a more personal level, within a shared group setting.

This workshop provides a structured yet open space for teams to step back from their daily tasks and reflect on their direction, priorities, and intentions. Participants can explore themes related to their role, the team’s work, or their own individual focus, whichever feels most relevant to them.

No artistic experience is needed. The focus is not on making something “right,” but on creating space for clarity and honest reflection.

Two formats available

This workshop can be adapted depending on the group’s needs and context.

Vision Board + Yin Yoga
The session begins with a slow, floor-based Yin Yoga practice to help the body unwind and settle. Starting this way allows participants to arrive fully, shift out of “doing mode,” and approach the vision board process with more focus and presence.

Vision Board + Meditation
This version opens with a short, guided meditation instead of movement. It’s a calm, accessible option for groups who prefer a seated practice before moving into reflection and visioning.

Both formats support the same core process. The choice depends on the group’s setting, time frame, and comfort with movement.

All props and materials are provided during studio sessions, so participants can arrive as they are. For on-site or other locations, practical details are agreed in advance.

What the workshop supports

• Clarifying personal or work-related priorities
• Creating space for reflection, insight, and new perspectives
• Strengthening connection within the group
• Allowing both individual focus and shared presence
• Encouraging thoughtful conversation without pressure

This workshop is often chosen for

• Team-building days
• Leadership or strategy sessions
• Creative or project-based teams
• Well-being or development initiatives

It also works well when teams want to offer employees space for individual reflection within a supportive group environment, without forcing outcomes or discussions.
