Welcome to Human Sphere OÜ. These Terms and Conditions describe how we work together, what you can expect from my services, and the responsibilities we both agree to when you book or participate in any offering.

By booking a session, workshop, or event, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Human Sphere OÜ offers the following services:

  • Private coaching sessions

  • Yoga sessions

  • Holistic reconnection sessions

  • Workshops and group events

  • Corporate sessions

Sessions may take place in person in Tallinn, Estonia, or online, depending on availability and your preference.

2. Booking and Registration

  • When booking a session or registering for a workshop or event, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Booking confirmations and relevant details will be sent via email.

  • For workshops, group events, or corporate sessions, a completed registration form and/or advance payment may be required to secure your place.

Human Sphere OÜ reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if the service is not suitable for your needs or circumstances.

3. Payment

  • Prices for services are communicated before booking or registration.

  • Payment terms (advance payment, invoices, or on-the-day payment) will be specified for each service or event.

  • All prices are stated in euros (EUR), unless otherwise noted.

If applicable under Estonian law, invoices and accounting records will be retained as required.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Individual sessions

  • Please notify at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed.

Workshops, group events, and corporate sessions

  • Cancellation and refund terms may vary and will be specified individually for each event.

  • In some cases, fees may be non-refundable due to planning, venue, or facilitator costs.

Human Sphere OÜ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund where applicable.

5. Participant Responsibility

By participating in any session or event, you confirm that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being

  • You will listen to your body and respect your own limits

  • You will inform me of any relevant conditions that may affect your participation

Participation is always voluntary and at your own discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The services offered by Human Sphere OÜ are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, well-being, and education.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Please consult a qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Human Sphere OÜ is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in sessions, workshops, or events

  • You participate at your own risk and responsibility

  • Human Sphere OÜ is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content related to Human Sphere OÜ, including text, images, recordings, exercises, and materials shared during sessions or events, is the intellectual property of Human Sphere OÜ unless stated otherwise.

These materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Personal information and experiences shared during individual sessions are treated with care and respect.

However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be available on the Human Sphere website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
